Food Safety Report - Golden Corral, Ocala Florida

My friend and I went to my local Golden Corral on 07/09/26 at 3:30 PM. I picked out pork chops with gravy from the buffet. When I got to my table I tasted the pork chop and it tasted funny. I cut it open and it had a pink to light red color to it. My friend who was with me told me not to eat it. I waived down the waitress and she looked at it and said it was under cooked and not to eat it and took it away. I also talked to the cashier to let her know what happened so they could check the pork chops on the buffet out. Later after midnight around 4 AM I had a urge to go to the bathroom. From 4 AM to 7 AM I had off & on explosive diarrhea, vomiting and a fever. I went to bed. Later in the morning I woke up at around 11:30 AM I felt better but now have a light rash on my face and neck area. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Allergic Reaction
