- comments: observed the following sinks not maintained with hot water: improper temperature of hot water observed at student girls washroom handsink (72f) located on the third floor. Instructed person in charge hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100f. Priority violation. #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed paint peeling on wall behind prep station and left wall on side of 3 compartment sink. Must repairs and maintain to prevent physical contamination.
