Philly Cheesesteak Illness Report - Grand Café, Las Vegas Nevada

On June 4th that night apppx. 9pm. Went to purchase a Philly Cheese steak to go. I ate it next day around 6pm, Just myself. And see above answers. Went to Dr. next morning. Couldn't go that day, too bad.....I called the restaurant n informed them of the situation. They transfer me to security. I was told by security, they were to busy to take my report n someone | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea
