05/27/2022, Started having Diarrhea yesterday, Friday, morning when I woke up. The food here doesn’t look or taste the freshest. The water is probably tap that is served at each of the restaurants- we are only allowed 2 bottles of water a day and that is probably filled from the tap as well. I had a wedding Thursday night which was a buffet of Jamaican jerk food, ox tail, fish in sauce, etc. I am not sure if my diarrhea and stomach cramps are from the wedding or other areas in the resort. Also, I was given a glass with a lip stick stain on it- I could tell this place is not big on cleanliness. I will not be back.I have never been so ill with a stomach virus in my life- I am sure it is salmonella. When I fly back the US tomorrow I will need to go to the doctors to get tested to confirm my theory. Main symptoms are diarrhea, chills, headache, severe stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Chills

I am here now and have exactly the same issues they just keep trying to send me to hospital and I have to pay for a taxi upfront
