Had the peri peri chicken pasta and a sausage roll from the 4 pack of sausage rolls (which are usually kept at room temp in all stores) from the Greggs in the Caledonian Retail park in Wishaw. Threw up frequently over the next 24-48 hours and had an awful migraine and body pain. Couldn't keep fluids, including water, down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache, Migraine, Body Ache
