Ordered bacon baguette and bacon and egg roll at 9.45. Latte. By 1.30 was vomiting and fever. Spent all night in bathroom. Temp was 40.2. Next morning stomach better but knackered | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
