I bought a sausage, bean and cheese melt around 9:50 today. My friend also brought the same, around 1:00 PM I began to get bad stomach cramps to the point I got sent home from college. As the day went on I felt week, had bad cramps and diarrhoea.My friend also complained of the same pain about an hour later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
