I purchased a sausage roll and a chicken bake. Both were only lukewarm as most of my visits to Greggs usually are. About 3 hours after eating, I started to experience a terrible pain in my stomach and the feeling of going to be sick. As soon as I got home from work I spent most of the evening on the toilet with extreme diarrhoea then I could feel myself getting worse and began to be sick for serveral minutes. I am currently in bed trying to get some rest. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
