I had a Greggs sausage roll yesterday morning and last night I started to feel unwell and in the night I was sick twice and got bad diarrhoea which started first about 9pm before sick twice about 1am. I still have bad diarrhoea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
