Sausage Roll Illness Suspected

I had a Greggs sausage roll yesterday morning and last night I started to feel unwell and in the night I was sick twice and got bad diarrhoea which started first about 9pm before sick twice about 1am. I still have bad diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

About 8:30 I got it for breakfast which included cheese and bacon wrap, steak bake and paun au chocolate then at 12:00 I got a really bad stomach ache and then lead into vomiting with a still persistent stomach ache afterward  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
