January 14, 2024 The chicken was raw of a 4 piece leg quarters chicken ready to eat. Please recall that chicken it made me go to the DHR Health Emergency department
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Not well fully cooked
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: All chickens in the hot food area are not well cooked I ended up at DHR Health Emergency department. In person. It was from local store. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills
