Not sure, could be the stuffed falafel  I ordered 4 falafel sandwiches boxes that comes with French fries and pickles and a soda drink. Also we ordered falafel balls and stuffed falafel with onions and hot sauce, me and two people who ate the stuffed falafel got gases later on then cramps then diarrhea
