I ate hamburger helper at my grandmas around like 7 or 7:30 pm and woke up at midnight feeling like I had to throw up and I did then continued to throw up the rest of the night until the morning when I was forced to eat toast even though I wasn’t hungry a single bit but it stopped the throwing up. I also had a tiny fever where my temp was at 100 or a little over but went away in like 10 minutes. That was my first time and for sure my last time eating hamburger helper. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever

I doubt it was the hamburger helper and more than likely how your Grandma prepared it, possibly the hamburger. Just a thought.
