Ordered throught the drive through around 3-4 pm a bacon cheese burger with fries and a coke. I did not start feeling sick until around 7 pm where I had violent diarrhea and vomit. Became extremely dehydrated by 8 pm.
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
Suspected source: A cheese burger with bacon
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
