- comments: found one handsink in the girls washroom on the first floor in poor repair; repair sink (right hand sink). An additional sink in washroom is working properly.

- comments: second floor boys washroom i observed the tile at the wall base under the urinal in poor repair; replace tile where needed and some missing tile under the toilet; replace tile where needed.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations not corrected from may 7, 2021 as required; must correct. #39 must provide a splash guard in between the 3 comp and 1 comp sink in prep area. #53 must provide a garbage can with a lid in the unisex kitchen staff washroom and the first floor staff washrooms. #55 must remove rust from walk-in cooler floor in the kitchen. #55 must remove carpet floor runner in front of hot holding equipment on serving line. Must replace floor tile at serving line underneath floor runner. #55 must scrape and paint peeling paint on wall in kitchen staff toilet room. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090.
