Ate at Ciao on the last night and had the cacio pepe risotto, bread, and a piece of eggplant lasagna. The next morning, I woke up feeling nauseous and stomach hurt. I got to the airport and had irregular bowel movements. Once on the plane, the nausea felt worse and I got hot flashes. I vomited in one of the paper bags on the plane. The rest of the day, I still felt nauseous and had a headache followed by hot flashes and chills. It’s day 2 and I feel the same.
