Pasta Illness at Resort - Hard rock cafe, Punta Cana La Altagracia

I went to the Italian Restaurant in the resort called Ciao. I had some pasta with red sauce. I immediately had stomach issues when I returned back to my room, about 30 minutes after eating. I felt overheated and nauseated. I was on the toilet for hours, just hoping the pain passed. Luckily I was going back home the next day.
