Kids said I shud eat out as I was late. Stopped here for a couple of hot ham and cheese sandwiches. I didn't plan on eating the bread but forgot to say no bun. Pulled over to eat about 7:15 and called my friend to chat. The sandwiches were not hot, hardly warmed but I separated the bun and ate the ham and cheese. Chatted with friend nearly an hour. Drive home was 10 minutes. By the time I got out of car and started in to the house, I was losing control of my bowels. No stopping it. Once inside I had a mess, had to change all my clothes. Not a happy camper hope its only temporary as I have a retreat coming up in 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
