8/22-8/24, 2 of us ate a burger wrap with lettuce. Dripping with so much...grease? we could barely hold onto them to eat them. Famished so we ate. Within 24 hrs for him, and 48 for Mr, we had diarrhea 10+ times in a few hours, watery with almost no substance and I had projectile vomiting with intense stomach cramps before and after each event. Followed by bile vomiting. Fever commenced shortly after, weakness, and severe dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration, Weakness
