I work nights so on my way to work I got a 10 piece chicken tenders and honey mustard dipping sauce. I ate 5 before work and was going to eat the other 5 at lunch 10:45pm. I usually don’t get any type of dipping sauces so their honey mustard was a first for me. After about 2 hours I started getting flush and started profuse sweating and then started getting dizzy and then had diarrhea. I told my GL I was going to sit outside for a min and collect myself but I wasn’t getting any better. I was getting nauseous so I decided to take my first ever occurrence and go home. I didn’t even make it to the time clock and I started vomiting in the trash can. I vomited about 6 times and then another 6 times behind my car and then another 6 or 7 times on my street beside my car and many more times over the next 12 hours. I missed work again yesterday because I was still dizzy.I bought the 10 piece tenders on Wednesday, Oct 21 and was sick the 21, 22 and morning of October 23.
I believe it was the honey mustard sauce and not the chicken | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
