Cereal-Induced Nausea Alert - Sam's Club, Spartanburg South Carolina

2 years ago reported by user-nddw6693 business

Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Sam's Club, Peachwood Center Drive, Spartanburg, SC, USA

200 Peachwood Center Drive, Spartanburg, 29301 South Carolina, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea
Suspected source: Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds
Onset: Right away
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: I have eaten Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds for a very long time but the last box I purchased at Sam’s in Spartanburg, SC (2pack) seemed to give me nausea. At first I thought it was caused by some deli meat but it kept happening over nearly 2 weeks. I noticed through the process of elimination the mornings I didn’t not eat it I was fine. I didn’t at first consider it was the cereal and thought I had a stomach virus that kept coming back. Tonight I eat some and was immediately nauseous afterward with no other variables. I had 3 separate jugs of milk over the period of 2 weeks and had drunk it at other times with no effect. Tums did not help this type of nausea and it feels like food poisoning. The cereal did taste a little different but I thought it might have been ever so slightly stale. | Symptoms: Nausea
