Buffet Cross-Contamination Illness - Hotel, Calpe Comunidad Valenciana

11 people in our tour group staying at the hotel have food poisoning, we’ve only eaten at the Hotel Diamante buffet. Members from another tour group also reposrtrd the same symptoms. We witnessed improper food handling at multiple stations, using the same spatula used for raw beef on cooked patties. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
