spent week there June 19th -25th wife and kid got sick 23rd really bad took wife to hospital July 3rd due to her not getting better she has low potassium and sodium had to go to ER for IVs todays the 6th and she is still not getting better she will probably need to go back now as she is breaking out in hives ( that dont itch which is crazy). | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband had the same symptoms. We were at Hotel Xcaret from June 19th-June 26th. My husband was diagnosed with extremely low potassium and also salmonella poisoning. He is just now starting to feel better. The hotel isn’t acknowledging anybody’s claims about being sick. Hope your wife feels better soon.
Is anyone pursuing legal action? We had the same problem at this hotel and we’re looking for a lawyer.

We were there July 7-10, 2022 . My husband and I both had fevers for 3 days . Vomiting and shortness of breath. We visited the hotel and parks of xcaret. And are still recovering we are not back to health yet. How can we all Connect we need to know what happened .
