Omelet Illness: Severe Reaction - Huddle House, Dunlap Tennessee

We were msking a quick trip memorial day weekend from MS to TN & back. We stopped in to eat breakfast. We waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted us & there were only a couple of customers. The cook had no gloves & wore shades the entire time. They were out of coffee. My food was ok. My husband got food poisoning & has been sick a week now & still suffering. He ordered some kind of omelet & after taking a few bites said it tasted tainted. He didn't eat much more of it. That afternoon on the way home he was miserable. He already suffers from partial paraplegia, heart disease & diabetes so he didn't need anything else to make him sick. We will never visit. I also feel the health board should visit this location. Now a week later he still can't hold his head up, has severe dizziness, nausea, diarrhea & stomach cramping. We should have left the minute we saw the cook wearing shades & no gloves. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness
