I ate the broccoli beef an egg roll and two wontons. I was home for an hour and then it hit me out of nowhere. I felt nauseous initially and about ten min later I started vomiting. 2 hours later I had explosive diarrhea and still vomiting. It has now been 10 hours since exposure and the vomiting has stopped but now I am having bad cramps in my belly and I still have explosive diarrhea. I defecated on myself at work because I work at a call center and I was on the phone and I cant leave my station while on a call. I shit my pants and continued shitting for 5 min straight I had to clean myself up and I got sent home. I was so embarrassed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
