High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Grill station: spinach sauce 51°F less than 4 hours, sliced cheese 51°F less than 4 hours Salad station: sour cream 62°F less than 4 hours. This violation addressed on call back inspection conducted this day.
High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Total of 11 live roaches observed. 4 live roaches observed at left end of cook line pass through counter. 1 live roach observed in invoice box attached to left end of cook line. 3 live roaches observed at right end of cook line pass through counter. 1 live roach observed on floor at right end of cook line counter under food prep table. 2 live under steam well on front expo line **Warning**
High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed food handlers left and returned to kitchen without changing gloves.
