stomach pains after small bite of coffee cake. Did not realize it was from that...later that day ate a whole square....n/v 30 minutes after. 24 hours after stomach pain...diarrhea....slept all day. Maybe unrelated bug, but most violent sickness was after I ate it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
