I ate 3/4 of the pizza of the course of a day or two and every hour I have to sh*t my brains out I’m in so much pain stop selling the Mexican jacks pizza it taste like sh*t and you’re killing your customers

Coffee Cake Illness Strikes

stomach pains after small bite of coffee cake. Did not realize it was from that...later that day ate a whole square....n/v 30 minutes after. 24 hours after stomach pain...diarrhea....slept all day. Maybe unrelated bug, but most violent sickness was after I ate it.
