Food Safety Report - Hotel, Orlando Florida

During the VMX conference yesterday at Hyatt Regency conference center they were giving out lunch at 11:15 during one of the lectures with options of roast beef, chicken or veggies sandwich. I chose the roast beef and I thought that it maybe tasted a little weird, but I wasn't sure if it was the plastic wrap it was wrapped in. My stomach started making a lot of noises when I finished and then I sat outside for 20 minutes, feeling a little off. I started feeling bad and nauseous after my next class so I went to the bathroom at about 2pm and threw up probably 6 times and had liquid diarrhea so many times. I went to my hotel and continued to have vomit/diarrhea about every hour. I could not keep any water down. I was able to get Pepto and Imodium and Pedialyte to my hotel room and that slightly helped. My last vomit was at 530pm and then diarrhea at 1030pm. I was able to sleep through the rest of the night and woke up feeling better but still a lot of stomach pain, but able to get down more fluid and light food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
