On Saturday, November 17, 2018, I attended the Consumer Attorneys of California Installation & Awards Dinner at the Hyatt Regency SF. I ate a three-course meal of salad, a vegetarian entree, and fruit tart around 7-8pm. I began to have a stomachache soon after that. When I returned home, I had diarrhea and vomited. In the 24 hours after the event, I’ve experienced more stomachaches, diarrhea, and vomit in addition to fatigue, chills, and sore muscles. I know it had to be the food at the event because I hadn’t eaten anything in the prior eight hours. Food poisoning has crippled my day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Soreness
