March 2, 2022. I ordered gluten free pancakes with my meal. When they were brought to the table I asked if they were gluten free just to be sure. Waitress assured me they were. As I was eating them, the waitress came by with "my pancakes." I asked again if the ones I was eating were gf. She said yes. Well, they were not. I was so very sick, nausea , diarrhea, vomiting, severe stomach pain, extreme cold. I could not get warm. Lost three days of my life with being sick. Called the restaurant and they said they would get back to me. They never did. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
