Omelette Illness: Chills, Vomiting - IHOP, Northglenn Colorado

I ordered the Spinach & Mushroom Omelette on Sunday, July 1, 2018 around 11am. The omelette was topped with hollandaise sauce, and when I ate the omelette I noticed it was somewhat watery but I assumed it was because of the sauce. I ate about 1/3 of it. The next day I started going to the restroom. I went 3 times with the stool becoming looser each time. After work, I immediately started to get muscle pain. After arriving home, more diarrhea and I started vomiting (twice in 1 night). I had chills and a slight fever of 101°f. Although my vomiting subsided my abdomen remained swollen and painful to the slightest touch. My stools are starting to become somewhat solid. It is now Thursday, July 5th and I finally was able to get out of bed. I spent the 4th in bed sick to my stomach!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
