October 30 2023. I ate pepperoni pizza and garlic cheese bread and woke up with so much pressure and pain in my upper stomach. This lasted all day. I couldn't even function I was shaving dizzy it was awful, but what's crazy is I was still really hungry but I was like extremely hungry like so hungry I was feeling sick from hunger but at the same time had the upper stomach pain and discomfort and there's no way I was that hungry I felt like I was starved but I had been eating already so that's not even a possibility | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Dizziness
