I ordered a double-double with an animal style fry and a vanilla milkshake. The next day, a little less than 24 hours after eating it, I began to have stomach cramps and a headache. Later that evening, I had two bouts of diarrhea and some violent vomiting. I went to sleep that night with extreme cold-chills, more body aches and cramping, and a suppressed urge to vomit again.
