09/13/2004: my son and I had dinner at in n out. He had a cheeseburger, fries and chocolate milkshake. I had a double double, fries and strawberry milkshake. Later that night he had diarrhea followed by stomach pain. I experienced chills and stomach pain throughout the night. I continued to have nausea and stomach pain through Sunday 9/15/2024. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
