I got so sick a couple days ago I had to go to the emergency room. I had the number one with a milk shake. It was the only thing I had eaten all day besides a banana in the morning. About 2-3 hours after my meal I had to pull over my Uber vehicle to run to a bathroom. After I diarrhea’d I could not stop vomiting; I literally vomited about ten times prior to going to the ER. I was freezing cold and started to have the chills and could not stop shaking. The hospital gave me fluids through an IV and nausea medication and warm blankets. The next couple of days I couldn’t eat and was basically peeing out of my butt. I’ll never go to this in n out again. Worst sickness I’ve ever experienced. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Shaking
