Chocoshake Causes Queasiness - In-N-Out, San Diego California

6 years ago reported by user-xbndw817 business

In-N-Out Burger, Kearny Mesa Road, San Diego, CA, USA

4375 Kearny Mesa Road, San Diego, 92111 California, United States

11:30pm on 31dec2019

Chocoshake
Animal fries
Cheese burger

I suspect the shake. But no idea which item. If we are looking at the date, it was not alcohol induced. I am regular but not heavy drinker that had 1 cocktail and 1 5%alcohol beverage much earlier in the night. I read vomit is from the past 8 hours which is well away from the cocktail by 4 hrs and the past 8 includes just this meal only (woke up queasy and symptoms became much worse thereafter. ) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
