Burgers and/or fries? Burger only had lettuce and onions. Fries were plain. I went there around 7pm. It was very busy and boarder line chaotic with the workers running around everywhere and yelling and trying to catch up with the influx of orders. I ordered protein style hamburger lettuce and onions only and reg fries. They gave me a hamburger with a reg bun and I told them, they said they’d remake it. It all tasted and looked fine. I felt off later that night it woke me up and I started getting nauseous and stomach pains and felt like throwing up but I didn’t want to cause of the stomach acid so I stopped myself. I felt like I mentioned and fatigued all of Wednesday. But I didn’t get diarrhea until yesterday morning. Been having on and off diarrhea now still and I also still feel nauseous and having stomach pains.Tuesday night/Wednesday morning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Nausea
