6/13/17@ 3:00pm. Had a burger, no cheese protein style with fries and iced tea. Feeling bloated and vomited twice with multiple bouts of diarrhea starting at around 10:30pm. Fever, body aches and chills. French fries tasted odd, like they were cooked in rancid oil. Never had issues at In-N-Out ever until this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills, Body Ache
