Ate there Sunday evening started symptoms monday Had coleslaw that wasn’t cold and the other food was Luke warm. Had some fries that were undercooked. Also had crab and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms. Food seemed room temperature cold fries started with diarrhea Monday and now chills and vomiting today. The restaurant smelled moldy and I think the bathroom was non functional-atleast one of them. Didn’t use the restroom but walked past in the way out and there was a sign in the door. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Mold, Nausea
