I consumed salad with blue cheese dressing from the salad bar, turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce from the hot food. Within one hour illness came on and withing two hours nausea and severe chills. Another half hour and was vomiting. Had to leave and lucky to get home where vomiting continued. After, I could not move from bed for 24 full hours. A friend had eaten at the salad bar and was also sickened | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
