I ate the big ol chicken salad april 3 around 6 pm. My symptoms started around 6:30pm. Was up all night vomiting and diarrhea. Don't know if it was the chicken it tasted alright. Maybe the dressing don't know for sure. All I ate that day was a bowl of cereal around 8am and coffee. I had a coffee and muffin from McDonalds on Upper Wentworth at noon and felt fine until i ate at Jack Astor's. I was up all night vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
