Dizzy After Fast Food - Jack in the Box, Spring Texas

On December 17, 2023 I ate two tacos, sourdough jack, french fries and an oreo shake. Within 1 hour I started feeling dizzy. I had diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, headache, chills and sweating. I couldn't walk and I was so sick I had to be rushed to the emergency room. There is no doubt in my mind that I got food poisoning from that food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Sweating, Dizziness
