Jack in the Box
Ordered 1 big cheeseburger, 1 Jumbo Jack + cheese/bacon, and 5-piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard at around 7:00pm. By 8:00pm I was feeling dizzy and nauseous. 11:00pm the first wave of extreme nausea started and I vomited; after that I was vomiting on average every 30-45 minutes. By around 5:00am I was dry-heaving as there was nothing but stomach acid left. Got no sleep. Never eating at Jack in the Box again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
