Breakfast Jack Illness Report - Jack in the Box, Riverside California

At 7AM 2/21/22, I ordered a breakfast Jack, no meat, add extra egg, hash brown, and large iced mocha. Within 45 minutes, I was feeling flush and nauseous. Within the next 15 minutes or so, I had diarrhea. One hour later I was vomiting and had more diarrhea. It is now 12:30PM and I am still experiencing the same symptoms, but feel better once the food came up and out. I’ll never eat there again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
