My wufe abd had thw fajita pita sandwich, fries with a chocolat shake at about 12:30 . At about 3 pm we both started with diarrea and stomach cramps cold weats and fever. My husband continued with vomiting, and blood in the stool. This continued thru the night and both still have those stabing pain in our stomich on day two. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Sweating
