I ate at jack in the box Thursday morning around 11:00 am. I ordered the chicken fajita pita and my son had a burger. That was all I ate all day long and I rarely eat fast food. I went home did stuff around the house and took a nap before my work shift, I work late nights. I woke up to an intense head ache and assumed it was lack of coffee. I went to work and drank some coffee and then progressively felt worse. My body started aching, stomach cramps, intense headache, ridiculous body chills and fatigue. By the end of my shift I could barely stand up. I went home, and took my temp and it was normal. I slept all day long and still feel weak with a slight headache, slight chills and slight upset stomach. Hopefully this is coming to an end. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Weakness, Body Ache, Chills, Fatigue, Lightheaded
