Large chocolate shake and large curly fries. I had a large chocolate shake no whipped cream and a large curly fry at 1:30am. My symptoms began at 3am. Diarrhea and terrible stomach cramps with very loud bubbling in my abdomen | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
