I went to jack in the box nearest to me on Oahu, Hawaii and ordered the grilled chicken salad at about 5pm. It's now 8pm and the symptoms are slowly getting worse... (TMI incoming) my body is literally rushing out full lettuce pieces along with watery (as hell) diarrhea. I'm convinced enough to never eat fast food ever again. Jack in the box actually WAS one of my favorite places to randomly grab a bite to eat... Now I'm disgusted with fast food even more altogether. DISGUSTED. Thanks Obama. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
