I ordered a grill stack cheese burger munchie meal at 7:30pm which consist of two tacos, fries and the burger. An hour later I got stomach pain followed by itching in my throat then I experienced hand and feet tremors; I started puking, vomiting and feeling nauseous. There is nothing in my stomach and still have this pain below my belly button that’s causing me to rush back and forth | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Itching
